    Phone order status says my m1330 is going backwards

    I called and checked on my m1330 yesterday and the phone status said that it was in the build stage. I called today and it says it is in pre-production. Went to the web page and it says the same thing. Happen to anyone else?

    Same here. A few others are getting the samething as well. I think its just messed up.

    Happened to me. then it went back into build and then went to testing and now its in boxing.

    Be glad your orders are still pending....Mine was cancelled yet again. Its because the LED shortage now has yet another new LEAD time which means only so many of the 'being constructed' orders can be completed. Everyone else gets pushed back.

    Myself, I have been waiting since the beginning of July....Tons of hours logged and tons of cancellations.

    What recourse have you, cancel with them at which time they will simply say ok goodbye...They need the cancellations to improve their business if you would believe it.

    They lose a few and then can keep a great number more by moving them up. What they dont realize is once they move them up and they get to the front, they do the same, all the while several others have now piled up behind them with false hopes...

    Its much the same as a company claiming extraordinary profits through purchases of smaller companies that they actually own.. They hoped through the false profit records that so many new people would jump aboard and they did.

    Sorry Dell..... You get alot of my support and have for years but this rant was coming.

    I just checked again (I am a bit obsessive about this) and it is back to build stage and the website now says "In Production". Not all that confident in the system's accuracy.
