    I played around with the tuner for about 30 minutes last night and it seemed pretty neat. I didn't have any problems with jerky video like some others on this forum. I primarily got it so that I can easily copy things over from my Tivo, add menus or whatever, and then archive to DVD. It seems that it will work well for that purpose.

    Nice pics. I received my e1505 in late April. My cover is all sliver where as yours looks like it has a black cover. No big deal, just did not realize that Dell changed things like that. Hope you like the e1505. I am very pleased with mine.

    He has a snap-on cover that he put on it, they didn't redesign the e1505 (yet).

    what is the resolution of this video? looks like it might be running at 720p (or possiblely just enlarged to fill the screen. lol)

    Nice to see the snap on, it looks sharp.

    After reading countless reviews on various laptops, the e1505 seems like an amazing deal for the price. The argument of the build quality being below that of the D860 is something I have read often. Anyone feel they build quality isn't solid with this machine OR justify the D820 as a better option for the increase in price (depending on options choosen)

    Right now in the mailk i got a e1505- 1.66ghz 120 gig hard drivve 2mb memory. 256 radeon card. I am so amped its a beast. IU will send pics in tp u guys. I aolso got the carbon fiber snap cover holla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First Dell ssystem I've seen with TV turner.... i've seen you have some apple trailers there.

    You can download those trailers in your HDD with Firefox and Greasemonkey + Apple trailer download script. All you do is paste the HD movie link to flashget and download it.

    I've several HD 1080i resolution looks amazingly good on my E1705 screen. Those HD stuff is stunning quality. I also have Victoria secret fashion show in 1080i resolution as well. The models looks so hot man!!!
