I was cleaning my keyboard and in doing so I broke the tiniest piece of the plastic clip under the S key. Now my S key, although functional, is crooked and hard to press.

I was wondering if anyone out there has a retired dell who'd be willing to send me that little piece through snail mail. I'll be willing to pay you the postage and whatnot.

It would help you to post the model of your Dell laptop. Also, you can look on eBay and whatnot like parts-people.com

I think that most sites like that will sell the whole keyboard. I just need like a wee little piece.

That's why I wrote, "Also." If you can't find anyone who has a such retired Dell, at least you have other options.

I would just get another keyboard, check Ebay for them, they are around $20. There are several types of key support brackets, so even if you did find someone with an old Dell, the plastic pieces probably won't match.
