    So I have my M1730 here. I put in a Blu-Ray movie into my Blu-Ray Burner drive...and nothing.

    Windows Media Player and Center do not play it.

    Why? Can they not read BD discs?
    If so, what software do I need in order to watch BD movies on the M1730.

    Don't you need something like PowerDVD? Did that come with the PC?
