I have been watching the Dell website to see if they will play a coupon, or if they will cut a price break on the M70. I am a structural engineer, and am looking for a high end laptop. I was just wondering if anyone else has played the waiting game with Dell on one of the M70 models.

    TIA
    David

I used to buy from Dell but the service lately has gotten horendous. Also they take their sweet time in making it. And I'm in CA, so I have to pay sales tax. If you're looking for a coupon, you can just search for one or join their mailing list. They send me personal coupons all the time and you can find some all over the net. Try slickdeals.net or any other promotional code websites out there.

I have all the coupon websites. I am asking if they do anything better than the $400 off that I saw a few weeks ago. Also I am in SC and we pay the sales tax too. Which states don't pay it?

Dell charges taxes for all of them.

I'm in Hawaii and there doesn't seem to be a tax. It was only around $20. However, there's only 1 type of shipping which costed $80. So it came out to about the same as tax elsewhere.
