    can someone please tell me, with integrated graphics, 2 gigs of ram, core 2 duo 1.6 ghz processor, and a 9 cell battery
    what kind of battery life can i expect with just standard browsing, word processing, and instant messaging, oh and maybe something like itunes running

    quite a bit, on my 1420 with intigrated graphics and core 2 duo 2.2 at half power , brightness at about 50%, and wifi on i get over 3.5 hours. I think you would be able to get a bit more with those configurations

    so you have a 9 cell on your laptop as well?
    hmmm i was thinking closer to 5+ hours with a 9 cell and a hafl brightness and wifi, especially with integrated graphics
    is that too much to hope for

    4-5 hours web surfing on 2 notch below max brightness, i have 2gb ram and 8400m gs
