    Hey guys,
I recently lost the little nub (I'm not sure what the technical term is) that allows you to close the rubber strap around the power cord...

This isn' the world's biggest deal, but it's making use at school a little cumbersome... And Dell only offered to send me a new adaptor for $40 -- a steep price for a 2 cent piece of plastic.

If anyone has a clue on where I might find a nub, I'd be forever indebted.

    Thanks!

I would say eBay is your best bet. Other than that, I'm not sure, but maybe you can find replacement straps from Dell? Hard to say.

Find something to act as the little nub would probably be the cheapest and easiest bet. However trying to continue sharing knowledge I give you this. there is a Dell part number on the strap itself. DP/N 5T339

    Ebay

heck I may buy one of those for $3 shipped just in case.
