When I start my computer I get this message,

    Error loading C:\windows\system32\gzmrotate.dll
The specific module could not be found

Dell technical cannot do anything about it. They have no idea what it is so I am hoping that someone on here can help me. So far I am really disappointed in Dell service and support. Please someone help me get rid of this. My computer is only 34 days old.

OK, we will have to go in the registry then. Please download the program called "Regseeker" through

    http://www.hoverdesk.net/dl/en/RegSeeker.zip

, unzip the program, and run it. enter "gzmrotate.dll" (without the quotes) and let the program search for it.

Since whatever it finds may be deleted, you can select all (Ctrl+A) and press the [Del]-key. Close the program, and reboot. Problem should be fixed now.
