    My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3721 with Win7 Pro. Some software require a restart, but my Inspiron just hangs. It will restart fine when I restart it from the start menu. This laptop has the latest software updates from Dell. Please help. How can this one-week old laptop can not do what my older laptops can do?
