    Grrr, just got my new mini Inspiron and I'm MAD! :mad: I placed the order and it said it would be shipped in a week, but it took EIGHT DAYS!!! Then I got it and I hate it before I opened the box. In fact, I will post my unboxing video, where I just look at the box and scream obscenities at the box for a full four minutes. That's the entire video. I now plan to purchase a [fill in competitor's laptop]. Dell, you've lost me forever!

    Well EIGHT DAYS is not the worst I have seen. Many XPS M1530 orders are still not filled for people who ordered a month or more ago. EIGHT DAYS vs. 30+ days, I would opt for the EIGHT DAYS. That's not too bad. Anyway, I am looking forward to your YouTube post! Remember to paste the link here so that all forum members can find it! :)

    Lucky, XPS orders take half a year now. If only I'd ordered back in May when they were only a month wait.

    The point is that it seems like 90% of the posts on the Dell forum are about how Dell sucks, which makes no sense to me. Like, if I only formed an opinion about the XPS system based on what I read here, I'd imagine that you got this laptop that had a busted screen, the actual laptop was broken in half, the keyboard exploded in your face on viewing, and the power supply was this burnt piece of wood. So I decided to pre-emptively post the complaints that will be forthcoming about the MINI INSPIRON.

    P.S. It looks awesome. I'm getting one when it comes out!

    Yeah, 6-7 years ago. And maybe for a few months before I decided it was lame, when the main guy was casting a "spirit bomb" for over 4 episodes, and the green guy wasnt doing anything but watching and gasping.

    Its immature, your posts are immature, and you should gtfo.

    Well.. If you think of how many people buy a Dell computer, only the people who got defects really post them, if not, most people wont come on here and ask why its not working or why did it do this or that.. If it is perfect then they wont complain about it and they wont bother making a post..

    So out of the millions of computers sold, a few is really not much..

    So i say that their product is good, while their customer service sucks..
