How strange is this? I received my XPS M1330 last week and there were a few issues with it. I spoke to a resolution specialist who ordered a replacement system which I've been following on Dells Order Status page which up until last night said estimated shipping by 2/5/08. This morning I checked the order status again and I get this message: No Order was found that met the search criteria. I did it a few times to make sure I entered the info. correctly and still get the same message. No, this order was changed or canceled, it is just gone! I felt something might be wrong because usually Dell ships a few days before the quoted shipping date but how can an order just "disappear" into thin air?

    "In Production"

OK, when I check the order status with my customer # and zip code instead of the order # and zip code the order # shows in the list of orders with "In Production" status. But When I click on the link for the order # the same message "No Order was found that met the search criteria" comes up.

Oh well, it shows now, it was probably a glitch in the system
