I recently ordered an Inspiron 1525 with a battery upgrade from 4 to 6-cell 56Whr. The laptop arrived with a 48Whr battery. I contacted Dell Technical Support and they sent me a new laptop but with an inferior 41Whr battery. I contacted Dell again and they practically did not know what to do and kept transferring my call from one department to another. Finally, I ended up back to the 1-800 helpline option menu after wasting more than 30 minutes. It is a simple part exchange process but Dell made it so difficult. Is Dell trying to cut cost by cutting corner?
