I need some help my computer (Dell Inspirion 1501) graphics stink. For example when i am looking at web pages the pictures are blurry and it looks like crap i think it has to do with the resolution but i am notsure. When i look at the options under properties, settings, my "primary settings" only has 4 options, i noticed for the second monitor it shows a bunch of setting but i can not get the 2 monitior to be my primary monitor. Its frustrating because it looks like crap. Pictures that i take and look at dont look bad but web pages and even the start pannel at the bottom looks blocky. HELP!!

check the resolution and make sure that the computer's GPU isn't dying or something.

You should right click on your desktop and go to properties to adjust your resolution. It seems like you have a very low resolution or your drivers aren't installed.
