    Porblem with DellDock in inspiron 1525

    Haiii Frnds,

    i have bought the Notebook six months back Dell Inspiron 1525 Windows Vista 32 bit..

    the DellDock is working fine before.. but the problem is one month back raising that Dell Dock has stopped working do u want to clost the program or debug the program..

    i have tried to uninstall and instal from the dell url i have downloaded the SW(Dell Dock ).. but the same problem araises..

    i called to customer care but there is no way of helping except uninstall the OS...

    any one can help me out of this...

    Something must have been messed up in the registry. Try a system restore to the point where it worked.

    Yeah i have tried but i didnt find the point to restore that
    in the Description all are windows update and scheduled check point

    Thats no problem, it just says why it created the restore point. Try to remember when was the last time it worked flawlessly and use a restore point which is about that time.

    my notebook will be using the multiple users...

    sooo some body haad installed the some unknown stuff

    but i can tell the exact date between the 1-03-2009 to 10-03-2009

    i havent find those dates in my restore point

    its shows from 17-03-2009 to 26-03-2009
    thats wat i am thinking whether to do or nt..

    wat do u say Razor2

    Thats bad...then the only thing left is a complete factory default restore, but that will delete EVERY change and file you made. Backup every file you need before trying this.
