Since DHL only prefers to ship in cities and not residential, are some people going to be screwed by that? I mean, Dell intended this for a business person, so DHL is probably going to get a bit pissy right when they find out that alot of people are ordering theirs to their house?

Valid point. I guess any businesses main goal is to turn the largest profit they can, while still selling to the cunsumers.

They will do what they are told to by Dell. If anyone says anything, tell them to bugger off...

I guess the worst case scenario is you have to drive a little bit to pick it up from a DHL place.

There's no way you would have to do that. DHL are contracted to deliver wherever Dell tells them to, and so they will regardless of any preference they have. DHL are also used by a variety of home delivery companies so deliver to rural areas all the time.

Also, you bought a 'small business' laptop. 'small business', i.e. 1-25 employees, is the type of category that likely means working from home or out of city.
