As the title says. I ordered an XPS m1330 on my firm and have already paid for this and the payment has been received and the order is being processed now, status of the order at the moment is pre-production.

I was wondering though, is it possible to cancel the order?

They'll probably thank you: One less order to add to the backlog.

If the status is pre-production...financing hasnt been confirmed yet; only after its confirmed does it jump to in production

Don't compare Dell Canada (or US) with our little (blowing) Dell representations here in Europe. Most of them are filled with a bunch of incompetent monkeys who don't even know how to turn a computer on.
