I just ordered a souped up E1505 yesterday. It won't be arriving for a week or two, so I can't exactly try this out just yet.

I'm wondering whether or not it is possible to play DRM protected content, such as audio files downloaded through subscription services (Yahoo Music Unlimited, in my case) with Dell DirectMedia.

This would be great if it could, because many of my songs do have Yahoo's copyright protection on them.

What's the verdict to those of you with Dell laptops? Is it possible?

While I have not tried, I do believe I read you will NOT be able to play DRM protected content with Media Direct.

While that is unfortunate, it is not exactly suprising. Thanks for your help!
