I posted this in the SXPS section and didn't get any responses so I'll try here. The model is an SXPS 16.

I have the computer underclocked with RMClock and that works great until the comp comes out of sleep and/or hibernate mode. When everything powers back on, the cpu is running at its full clock speed at the 9x FID multiplier and never resorts back to its lowest power state. Even task manager says the cpu is at 98-100%, sometimes over. I've disabled RMClock to see if the program was causing the problem and same result.

I'd like to be able to use the sleep and hibernate functions without the computer running at 98% cpu usage all the time.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks.

Sounds more like a rogue process than any problem with undervolting... What's taking up all that 98% in the task manager?
