I have an M4300 with the Intel N card (4965). I have a small network and am using an ActionTec Router.

I have noticed that when I transmit from the M4300 to a Dimension 8300 desktop thru the network, I obtain speeds of around 27Mbps (after enabling packet bursting on the N card).

However, when transmitting from the desktop to the M4300, the speeds are only around 12.5Mbps.

Any ideas as to why the asymmetric behavior and how to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Harvey
