Quadro FX360M is DX10 version of FX350M or same core as 8400G/GS,64 bit memory interface. :(
    Disappointing,like gashbell says

Yes confirmed, I have the M4300, and the GPU is the FX 360m. It is a G86 based nVidia chip, only 64-bit memory bus. And to add insult to injury, it only has GDDR2 memory, not the GDDR3 that nVidia's specifications say that the 360m is supposed to have. I used to have the Precision M65 before this laptop with the FX 350m, and it was clocked faster (450mhz core and memory)! This 360m I have now is slower at 400mhz core and memory.

Mmm, I understand that you all have need of a very good graphic card. i mostly need a very good display, and a generally fast responsive notebook, but as i am not a gamer and I do not use CAD, I do not need no special Graphic Card. My questio to you would be if you like M4300 displays, and if you would choose XPS 1530 or M4300 in my place... I effectively need it to last 3-4 years, but I guess also a XPs couls last long...
