What would be a good price for the following? And where would be the best place to get that price?:

    Dell Inspiron 8600
    15.4" WXGA
    Intel Pentium M 745 Dothan - 1.8 GHz (400 MHz FSB, 2MB Cache)
ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 PRO Turbo, 128 MB
60GB, 7200 RPM Ultra ATA hard drive
    768 MB DDR 333 MHz RAM (1x 512 MB, 1x 256 MB)
    8x DVD+RW Drive
    Intel PRO Wireless 2200 (B/G)
    Internal Bluetooth

    Software:
    Microsoft Windows XP Professional
    Drivers and Diagnostics CD
Sonic Recordnow CD and DVD Burning Software
    Cyberlink PowerDVD

And of course, AC adapter and manual included!

Bought June 2004 (21 months old), $2500 after coupon and instant rebate
    Battery replaced December 2005

Good condition, but one problem: When powering the unit on, it may take several tries until it turns on. The LED lights flash when the power button is pushed, but nothing else turns on. Usually after two or three tries the system turns on and functions normally, and this does not happen 100% of the time. There is no performance hinderance, it just takes a few tries to turn on sometimes. After searching the Dell forums, one will find that this is a COMMON problem in the unit and not a rare defect. Everything else is in good condition.

I will reformat it and do a clean OS and driver install, reformat it and leave as is, whatever the person wants with it!
