    I have 17 inch dell studio laptop. whe ever i connect the external IBALL mouse thereis a conflict and the search screen pops by and the touch pad stops working... WHy is this happening and what is the solution./..

    The touch pad may stop working as there is an option in the touchpad settings to disable the touchpad when an external mouse is connected. You should be able to change this in control panel, mouse settings (in classic view).
