    Hi,
I have a Dell 17R SE. In the Dell website "Drivers & Downloads " , when I enter my service tag, I receive only 1 file for my service tag. If I click on "All related drivers for your Product (32 files)" then all downloads including irrelevant ones are displayed. I have not had such problems with my previous Dell machines. Could it be that my service tag is not configured properly at dell end, and what can I do to get only the relevant list of downloads for my service tag?

I have attached the screenshot of the dell website when I enter my service tag.

Bingo. They sometimes do not enter the system specs parameters into the support database. Hence, the relevant drivers do not show up with your specific service tag. Unfortunately you will have to pick the correct drivers to download from the "All related drivers for your Product" list. That is what I had to do for my m17x R2 and my cousin's XPS 15. Neither of those systems had any drivers listed under "filtered results for your service tag".
