Anyone else having problems with Dell's online Drive downloads?

I got to support.dell.com and select my system (XPS M170). On the next screen, it asked you to pick your operating systems but the drop-down box does not have anything listed to select! When you hit submit, you are brought back to the same screen with a message in red reading, "Please select your OS"

How do you pick your OS if you can't select it?!?

Does anyone know the direct URL with the propper arguments?

It is that way for all of the systems at the moment.

Usually this happens when dell is updating files. Give it a few minutes, and it should be back up. Normally it comes back within an hour.

well the site should be up shortly. Dell could be having server problems or something, but I've never known the website to be down for longer than a couple of hours.
