    hey,

My e1505 came in yesterday, and everything is working perfectly, except 1 thing. Whenever I press one of the buttons on the bottom (the mute volume, raise / lower volume, play, forward, rewind or stop) the system freezes. The mouse works perfectly (I can move it around) but I cant click on anything.. it's like the background freezes... any ideas on what's the problem?

Might be junkware causing the problem if you haven't reformatted. Has this been happening since you got it? or just started the past few times you've used the laptop.

nope, I reformatted it as soon as I got it, and I just got it.. therefore, it's been happening since I got it.

k, hopefully that will fix it. Quickset has to be installed and running in order for the media button keys to work. If that doesn't fix the freeze, let us know.
