One of the fans on my computer seems to be "stuck," i guess. I noticed that when the fans turned on, only the left fan seemed to be turned on. If i touched the side of the computer, there was a noticeable difference in temperature. I used I8kfanGUI to check the speeds of the fans at slow they're about the same; the left one runs at about 2300rpms while the right one runs at a constant 1928rpms.

When I turn the fan speed to high, the left one speeds up to between 3700-4000rpms, but the right fan's speed doesn't change at all. So is there a way I can fix this?
