    Hi,

I have been experiencing a very strange problem with my built-in keyboard lately.

First of all, pressing the 'Q' key doesn't ever register (it doesn't type or work for shortcuts). Sometimes (not all the time), if I don't press any key and click on a text field, without me doing anything else, it writes 'qqqqqq...' until I stop this by pressing any other key.

Sometimes (not all the time either), the touchpad doesn't work (external mouse does) unless I'm pressing a key on the keyboard (any) while using it (either to move the mouse or click).

Finally (and worst of all) sometimes (not all the time either), when I press keys close to the 'Q' key the lock; for instance pressing 'a' writes 'aaaaaaaaaa...' until I stop this by pressing any other key. Sometimes the it doesn't lock like that but rather like 'aqqqqqq...' or 'sqqqqqq...' or so. It doesn't happen with keys far from the 'Q' key.

I'm running Windows 7 RTM but I used a Linux LiveCD and seems to be a hardware issue because I experienced the same problem.

    Thanks for your help.

PS: I replaced the keyboard about 6 months ago with a new one, but in the beginning I didn't have this problem.
