    Problem with my order

    Yesterday I ordered a new laptop. I made every step, filled everything and finally I sent the order. A page confirming the order appeared, as expected, but next to the "Here's your order code (or something like that, I ordered it in the spanish page so I'm not sure it's te exact translation)" didn't appear anything.
    And I haven't received any email yet.

    Is it normal? Are they just checking my data?

    I can't find any confirmation of my order anywhere in "My Account" on the Dell website.

    Someone had the same problem? I'm apprehensive because today is the last day of an offer of warranty and I don't want to lose money because of a bug.

    I would call dell. You should've gotten an e-mail confirmation or something like that. Call dell just to make sure the order didn't go through, and then you can place a new order.

    Be careful......My order, i did not get an e-mail, waited 2 days, then called, everyone said my order did not go thru, they connected me to sales, who assured me the same thing, so i put in a new order, everything was fine, but the next morning, i was now getting 2 new laptops....Beware, they are not as sure of thinf=gs as they ay...Got all straightened out, and my E 1505 is GREAT!!!!!!!!
