Yes I was wondering if dell is going to replace my anti - glare screen on my Inspiron 1420. There is currently 2 pixels gone on it and looks like there is small dark spots on the bottom, they sent me a box so they could take a look at. Also would they replace the anti - glare with a high glossy since they don't offer anti glare anymore? And also my speakers rattle when there is a bass sound is that normal? - Thanks

Dell will most likely replace it, but the final world will come when you get the machine back from the repair center.

Just tell them about the speakers to so they are also replaced.

You'll be amazed at the hardware they still have at the factory.

I called and the supervisor talked to me about my bad customer service that I have been receiving and he said that he would do his best to work around the rules and get me a high glossy screen so what are the chances?

I can't tell you what your chances are... You'll just have to wait and see...

My personal guess, you'll get whatever is in the repair depot that closely matches what was orginally in your laptop. The reason I say so is because Dell outsources their repair work to my knowledge so they probably won't have any record of what the Dell people put on your account...

If you want to be sure you get what they say you'll get then you need an "At Home" warranty so they are always ordering just parts and sending them to the local repair person (as they can order a specific part).
