I have been trying to use my webcam with Yahoo (new version) and the server is always busy, no matter what time I log in or try it. Is it possibly my fire wall interfering with the web cam?
I am using Norton IS 2006.
    Thanks

    1) test to see if your camera works normally - for photos, etc. If not, then check the driver and see if there are problems
    2) if the driver wasn't the problem, uninstall and reload Yahoo.
    3) If that doesn't work, then try some other messenging program, like Skype, that uses the video. If other programs work, then some other issue is causing trouble
    4) if it is indeed the yahoo server, oh well.
    5) if all else fails, then formatting the computer and reinstalling will solve problems
    6) if that doesn't work, then call dell and get your camera repaired.
