I am using microsoft wireless (usb) mouse model 1023 and am having problems getting computer to come out of power save/stand by mode. Screen does not come back on when usb wireless mouse is hooked up. If mouse is off..no problem. I can just press the power button and the computer comes back on. When mouse is attached and power button is pressed it seems that the screen doesnt come back on.

It would be really odd that the USB mouse would be causing this. So what do you have to do to get the screen back on, reboot?

Yes. The only way I have been able to get it back going is to press and hold the power button to get it to restart, which I know is not the best way to reboot but I am not sure what else could be done.
