I am having issues getting rid of all the files associated with Last.Fm that I was using. I correctly uninstalled it but still am seeing this when I search for Last.Fm:
![]()
I try deleting it but get an error message about the file not being in the correct location. I've re-installed and uninstalled on a number of occasions now. Any ideas?

Give Unlocker a try. It may help.

Download CCleaner from ccleaner.com and use all of its cleaning options (including the advanced Registry cleaning options). Also check to see if LastXP still has an uninstalltion entry in CCleaner's uninstall list.

okay.
quick question regarding the advanced registry cleaning options. I heard it isn't the best to be fooling around with that if you don't have much experience for you may delete something that doesn't need to be deleted...? -
That's true. Be careful and ask questions about anything unclear to you, NTG.

Ccleaner gives you the option to back up your registry before it cleans anything, which is why I recommend it. If it happens to screw anything up, you can restore it.
