I am ordering a Dell 1520 and have it all configured but worried about the processor and Video Card. I do not have games and right now have the T5450 selected and the 128MB Video Card. Is it worth it to upgrade to the 7100 and 256MB Card even if I dont play any games? thanks.

If you don't play or plan on playing new computer games, it's going to be a pointless upgrade.

If your not playing games or watching movies, or anything else that may require high graphics, i would stay with the one you have selected. It you are doing those things, I would upgrade

Going from a T5450 to T7100 is only $50, so I'd say it's well worth it. It's a pretty good gain in performance, as you're not only going from 1.5GHz to 1.8GHz, but the bus speed increases from 667MHz to 800MHz, and that's really important to C2D processors.

The video, on the other hand, probably won't do much for you if you don't game, and don't plan on it. The 8400m is more than sufficient for web, office apps and DVD.
