I am ordering a new laptop for an employee in the office, and was wondering if the T5250 core 2 and Nvidia 8400m 128MB graphics card is enough for general business applications such as word, excel, fast internet browsing, etc.

I own a 1520 now, and would like to get another, but I am open for other suggestions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

If all this employee is going to be doing is basic applications, the 8400M GS 128MB will be plenty to run anything. The t%250 will run all those applications fine.

If they're going to be doing anything like encoding or what-have-you, get a faster processor.
