I recently came into just a bit of money, and I'm looking to upgrade my studio 1535. My options are more or less the extended battery, or a C2D 25W 2.53GHz P9500. I got a maxed out 1535 besides the CPU, which is the stock low-end C2D 2.0GHz T5750. I have a few questions-

1,) First and foremost, is it worth the upgrade?

2,) If so, how much of a battery increase, if any, am I likely to see from upgrading to the faster, lower power P9500?

3,) In real life applications, how much will my general performance increase?

4,) I have the 3450 graphics upgrade, will a processor upgrade help my graphics performance any?

Thanks very much. Any extra advice would be appreciated as well.

Studio 1535 is SantaRosa and does not support P9500. You should have Studi 1537 to utilise P9500..
