    I am waiting patiently (or trying to) for my new laptop to get here. It seems like it has been in production for forever!! Is there a way to view what stage of production it is in??

    Are you in the US?
    If you are, you can call the automated person at 1-800-433-9014
    If I remember right, it asks for your customer number and either purchase ID or order number.

    Mine was in boxing 3 days, but the time varies. Boxing means it's in the process of shipping from Malaysia to Texas.
