I am waiting patiently (or trying to) for my new laptop to get here. It seems like it has been in production for forever!! Is there a way to view what stage of production it is in??

If I remember right, it asks for your customer number and either purchase ID or order number. -
You could just go to dell.com and track your shipment.

Thank you! I called the number, and it is in the boxing stage. This is the info I was wanting. Do any of you know how long it takes for them to ship it out once it is in this stage? Yes, I am antsie!

Mine was in boxing 3 days, but the time varies. Boxing means it's in the process of shipping from Malaysia to Texas.
