    Purolator Delayed my Dell

    The address was right thou when i confirmed with purolators customer service :mad: I've choosed to go pick up at the depot, But the customer service said she dosn't have a address for the depot, Anyone know where's Purolators depot at Vancouver?

    She didn't have the address? That's awful customer service... You could check the purolator website for their shipping centres here. Otherwise, call again and maybe you'll get a more competent customer service rep.

    Okay so now i'm more pissed, i called again, and the guy told me that the woman i called this morning did not do anything to my package, Which means that she did not notify them that i'm going to pick it up at the depot... This is total BS i've wasted one day and wasting another one tomorrow

    Pretty messed up if you ask me.
    Had to wait about an hour with Dell's Customer service to sort this out.
    Turns out the Purolator guy missed a number on my house.

    By the way - they're resending the address so i wont receive it until another 3-5 days... and the depot is wayyy too far for me

    i'll just wait it out since my laptop didnt come yet anyways

    well at least u got into for pick up, everytime i call the CSR. they just say that i didn't tell them to not deliver instead to pick up

    I called purolator like lets see...eh... 5 or 6 times and they still won't let me pick it up yet, Since it's not on the vehicle for delivery now, I'm planning to just go straight to the depot and let them find my package :mad:

    There are tons of depots in Vancouver. It depends on where you live. Just call the 1-800 number from the link Dell sent you and they should be able to locate it.

    Yeah you know what, I called the Purolator 1-888-744-7123 number,
    guess what they told me, I needed to call back Dell and have THEM call Purolator so they could re-deliver the package.

    I am being bounced around all over the place right now, pretty stupid.
    As well, the pickup location is too far for me to go to. Gas & time is not worth it.

    I've always used UPS,DHL,Fedex... never used Purolator, this is my first time, it has the worst service ever... :mad:

    Exactly, and is not even Dell's fault. The Purolator guy wrote the wrong house number on the way-bill.
