My M1210 has been shipped on the 13th of September, and when I checked today (Sept. 16), it's still the same status as I've checked on the 14th - In Transit in U.S. It is supposed to ship to Vancouver, but how come there are no status update so far? Anyone have experiences with Purolator shipments?

Would calling them give me a more up-to-date result like Dell?

    Thank you for your attention!

yes. mine was shipped on 11th. on the 13th it still had the same status until late evening. then the status updated once it cleared customs and when it was being delivered to my city. the final update, on the 14th, is when it was on a truck to my house.

pretty fast, I must say. Dell's "estimated delivery date" was right on; although the purolator people themselves said that it would arrive 3 days after that estimated date.

    I'm in Ontario.

Theres no need to call Purolator. It takes a couple of days for it to ship for U.S to Canada. Mostly because of the border security stuff. It should take about 4 -5 days not including weekends to change from "In transit in U.S." to whatever the next step is

Mine shipped on the 11th as well, and just yesterday it changed from "in transit in U.S" to "shipment in transit". Yay. Well, at least now it's in Calgary rather than the US but I still have a while to wait. Dell's estimated delivery date was the 12th. Not even close, Dell.
