    e1705:
    Dualcore 2ghz
    17" truelife
    7800 go card
    1gb 533mhz
    80gb 5.4k
    6cell battery

    e1505:
    Dualcore 2ghz
    15" truelife
    x1400 card
    2gb 667mhz
    80gb 7.2k
    9cell battery

    I like the e1505, pretty portable. Image looks awesome on the truelife screen so with a 17", I'm guessing it'll be even better.

    Well you said it yourself. It's a matter of portability vs more performance. It depends what you do most with the notebook

    ahh, portability isn't an issue with me, I just lug the thing around my house. I do light gaming, guildwars, doom3 etc..(I want to try half life 2)...I'm more interested in image quality so I guess upgrading to 2 gig would make the e1705 stand out better.
