Why is it when you try to use a Dell coupon they don't want to go through on the internet site?

And when you call Dell Sales and config a laptop and try to use a coupon code they always got an excuss they aren't working or we can't use that one cause we won't make any money or some other story they got ..

So what is a person to do then?

Lolly go to another manufacturer that doesn't do this policy, one that honors what they print like IBM.
