Maybe Dell are sending you a "Dummy" screen so you have to ring em up to get a replacement screen ( They like hassle :) ). :) They liked chatting to me when I got two replacement m1330's because of that bleedin cpu whine..

Probably to let the system know that you need an LED Screen. Its most likely has to do with there database.

My 1330 should be here on Tuesday but if Penryn is almost here I might as well wait for it. But what about price.. Will it be any higher??

I noticed they are available on some systems on the US site, they are a few $100 more. What that equates to in other currencies who knows. I was looking to pick up a T9500 while I was in the states for the last couple weeks as I assumed they would be much cheaper than the UK due to the weak $, but wasn't able to find any over here.
