So i ordered about 10 days ago and i was just checking the "My Account" page on the dell site and under Recent Order Status they don't have any orders.

Is that normal or should there be something there. they sent me an email and everything and when i check the status of my order right from hotmail it tells me what stage my order is in but on the account thing it doesnt.

can anyone tell me what's going on?

also, i have a friend that ordered the same thing as me a day after me and he says that his shipped already. what's the deal with that? don't they have a queue system where the people that ordered before get theirs before and the ones after get after. we have the EXACT same order, nothing at all different.

You shouldn't really follow that because they are only estimates after all.

The first question....you need to add your customer number (in your email) to your account.

Are the color lids different? Colors are the main thing with the timing.

And Dell doesn't have a queue system... it's basically when they have all the parts in hand for a certain order, they'll go build that order first instead of the rest. And it's a random queue.
