    Question about 1505/1520

    I bought an inspiron 1505 about a month ago but, I haven't even open the box yet, is still sealed and closed, just like it was shipped.

    is there a way to send it to dell so they can change it for the new inspiron 1520??

    well i returned my laptop after a month as i said i was not happy with it, they should do it but i cant be sure as i think they have a return policy, have a go anyway though.
    Also you cant just change it as you will have to get the refund and then reorder it again, the nice hassle of it can sometimes not be worth it :)

    thanks for ur reply. but i just talked to a dell agent and they say teir return policy is only for 21 days.
    so there is nothing I can do

    ok i thought there was one, well i did as i kept on complaining and telling them that i was not happy with it and they gave me the option to return it and reorder a new one, keep trying different agents :)
