ok...ive pretty much decided that ill be getting an e1505, fully loaded, but ive been wondering about the battery. does it stick out really far, or even noticable? would it just be better to get a 6 cell, and an extra 9 cell (or visa verse)?

It will add some weight (not sure how much...) but it doesn't stick out any more than the 6 cell does.

ok, thats good. would it be smart to get a 9 cell back up, and get a 6 cell as the "stock"?

    *thanks for the speedy reply

Well, it depends on how much battery life you need... the reviewer of the e1505 on here said you could get 3 or so hours with the 6 cell battery and I believe the 9 cell should take you up to about 5 or so hours (doing fairly non-intensive tasks). If you don't need the extra battery, don't get it, because Lithium-Ion cells will wear out over time even if you don't use them.
