So say I order 1 year of accident and complete care from dell.....i spill my morning coffee on my laptop and it goes bust, what exactly happens? Do they replace my laptop with a refurb or repair it? also after I reobtain my laptop, if I spill my coffee again in the year, do they replace it or is it a one time thing?

Also what is the difference between the Inspiron 6400 and e1505?

they will try to fix it by replacing parts, if that doesn't work, they'll replace the whole unit. If you do it again, they will do the same thing again. It will all be recorded however.
