Okay so my xps m1530 broke down, the technician came and tried to fixed it but he couldn't do it even though he replaced everything on the computer, I got a box from Fed Ex and I sent it for repair to Texas, I've been checking on the status of the package every now and then, now it says "Package returned to shipper", do you guys know what that means? It says it was delivered today at 9AM and then returned to shipper at 10AM, I hope and really really hope that is not a shippers or address problem.

EDIT: I live in Illinois, it says it was delivered today in Houston, Texas at 9AM and then returned to shipper at 10AM in Illinois... doesnt make sense at all, it took 5 days for it to go all the way to Texas and 1hr after is returned in Illinois... uhhh

diegosaenz, if you want the answer to your question do a Dell chat.

Well, I found out why they shipped my laptop back so fast.
They used the"Gold Harddrive" that Dell repair depot has, and ran their specialized tests and determined that nothing was wrong with my system.
Even though Dell was told the problem was random. And pictures of the video corruption were sent. I guess at least I won't be sitting on pins and needles wondering.

They claim that, they(Dell) couldn't find anything wrong  , so they just sent it back the same day.
You could call support up on the phone and give them the case number, and then they could pull up your information and give you the correct tracking number.
