    Im about to purchase a Dell XPS 1530 in the UK. I just wanted to know about the 10% off vouchers they offering. If i purchase through the phone am i allowed to use the 10% voucher code or am i only allowed to use it on online purchase?

    Thanks for the reply. I havent really purchased from Dell before, but i have read some posts here and many have managed to negotiate the price of laptops.

    If i do use the 10% voucher code, would i still be able to negotiate the price?

    Alot of it depends on who you talk to somtimes you can haggle for a really good deal sometimes not. But I would definitely try all they can say is that it's not negotiable.
