    Question about Dell shipping ..

    so I checked online...the "Order Status" says my laptop is shipped.
    How long does it usually takes ?? Are them shipped from Canada ? or ?
    Which company Dell uses ? UPS ? Fedx?

    They are usually shipped from Tennesee. Once the laptop says shipped, you should recieve a tracking number which you can use to find the status of your computer. I've found that once it says "shipped" it takes between 2 and 3 days for the computer to arrive at my door. Both Dell's that I have ordered have been delivered by UPS, I believe that Dell has a contract with them or something.

    Congrats on getting a new laptop!

    I am in Canada and mine came with purolator.
    It took about 5-6 days but they shipped it on thursday and
    friday was easter and then there was the weekend.

    I'm pretty pissed....I COULD have my laptop today, but dell told fedex to DELAY the shipment. What the hell?
