I want ask question about Inspiron 1520 with BD (blu-ray) drive.

What's kind of BD player software that is preinstalled with 1520? PowerDVD?

Have you been in great experience with BD movies on 1520?

I just ask to members that who own 1520 with BD drive.

    Thanks...

I was called Dell about it and I was shocked about one rep said BD movies would play on Windows Media Player then I don't think it was right because MS don't support BD on their product.

If without on Dell then it would be not great, such as send $100 on PowerDVD Ultra to get BD playback support.

There is a special Dell cd with PowerDVD and bluray software. It looks same like other Dell cd's with drivers etc.
