I getting a laptop at the end of September or in october. I've look around at alot of reviews and prices and Vostros 1500 seems to be the best value for my 800 dollar budget. I noticed that the price seem to have gone up a bit from august. Do you guys think It'll still be low enough in October for me to still be able to get at least 1gb memory, 8600gt, a dual core processor, 120gb 5400rpm harddrive etc..

Since your budget is 800$, i would recommend you check out Dell Outlet. The laptop in my sig only cost 919$+ shipping, but i'm sure you can find one thats more in your price range. FYI :p the reason i bought a refurbished pc was 1. cheaper and 2. I figured whatever problems someone else had would be fixed and it seems to have paid off. My pc did boot up and a second later i got a lot of weird stripes across my screen but it cleared up right after i let the battery start charging. So please please i beg you if you get a laptop don't be like 90% of the people on the forum spend 5 minutes and actually figure things out.
